2. Description of service and medical scope

Oblix AI prepares and connects patients with independent licensed medical providers. Oblix AI does not diagnose, prescribe, or decide on medical treatments. All clinical consultations, diagnoses, prescriptions, and medical decisions are made exclusively by licensed physicians.

The services are provided on an “as-is” basis to facilitate structured clinical preparation and secure physician communication.

3. Self-pay payments and billing

All care pathways and consultations through Oblix AI operate on a direct self-pay basis. Pricing is transparent and provided upfront.

Oblix AI and its affiliated physicians do not accept, bill, or submit claims to health insurance or third-party payers.

4. User accounts and security

You must register for an account to use the service. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

5. Rules of conduct

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for all content and health context you share in connection with the service.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Oblix AI be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the services or these terms.
